Hello, I'm thrilled to welcome you to my corner of the web where I share my passion for photography and more. I currently call the Greater Charlotte, NC Area my home, a place that offers an abundance of inspiration and subjects for my photography.

My journey into photography was not a conventional one. I wasn't a child who grew up with a camera in my hands, nor did I study photography in college. Instead, I found myself drawn to this medium as an escape from the norm, a way to steer clear from the monotony of a regular 9 to 5 job. What started as a desire to do something different soon transformed into a passion that I couldn't ignore. Capturing moments, emotions, and stories through my lens became a source of satisfaction that I'd never experienced in the corporate world.

While my love for photography is a significant part of who I am, it isn't the only thing that defines me. When I step away from the camera, I love to engage in activities that keep me active and allow me to explore my creativity. One such activity is backpacking. There's something incredibly freeing about strapping on a backpack and exploring the world one step at a time.

Another hobby that I've recently developed is woodworking. I'm still at the beginner stage, creating small-scale projects, but I find the process incredibly therapeutic. Working with my hands, shaping raw, natural materials into something functional, and seeing the fruits of my labor is a joy that's hard to describe. It's another form of artistry that I've added to my life, and I find it just as fulfilling as capturing moments with my camera.

In essence, photography for me is not just a profession; it's a way of life.
